Niseko
The building is comprised of 47 one, two and three bedroom apartments and penthouse building of residences, The Vale Niseko is packaged with luxury amenities and personalised service to deliver the ultimate winter wonderland holiday. Guests can enjoy views of the slopes from the heated pool, soak away the day in the rich mineral waters of The Vale Onsen and re-live a day of skiing over a steak dinner at The Vale Restaurant before retiring to the comfort of their pillow-top feather beds.
Rusutsu
Ten-story building located in the West Mountain with true ski-in/ ski-out access and designed to fully integrate with the existing resort and connect to the resort’s brand-new designer spa, baths and health centre.
Located in Rusutsu, a 19-minute walk from Rusutsu Resort, The Vale Rusutsu has rooms with mountain views and free Wi-Fi. It offers ski-to-door access, ski storage space, a garden and a terrace. The on-site staff can arrange airport transfers.

The building has been designed to bring out the best that Niseko has to offer. Large windows draw in mesmerising views and natural light, while the extra ceiling height liberates with a sense of elevated openness. The subtle colour palette is reminiscent of traditional Japanese hues, and complements the surrounding landscape.
